The hardware on my squirrel baffle sheared 3 days after hanging the baffle and the modern bird feeder. I attempted to contact Tahir multiple and he responded after multiple messages, offering to send me a replacement. I eagerly await the replacement part so that I can rehang my beautiful bird feeder.
