Chaand Table Lamp

The moon does not announce itself. It simply appears, and the room changes around it.

Chaand began with that idea. The base rises as a totem, alternating drums of rich rosewood and smooth creamy ceramic, each piece turned by hand and stacked one on the other. The rosewood carries its own story in every ring and curl of grain, no two sections ever the same. The ceramic sits between them like a held breath, pale and smooth against the wood's depth.

Lit, the lamp earns its name. The cream linen shade diffuses the light softly outward, the kind of glow that makes a room feel considered rather than bright.

Made to order in Toronto. Rosewood and hand-turned ceramic base, natural linen drum shade. Each piece is built on request, with a minimum 2 to 3 week lead time.
